All College of Engineering staff are encouraged to join Dean Pérez and the Staff Council for the All-Staff Meeting, 2-4 p.m., Thursday, March 5 in Ashland.
The meeting will be held at Carol Joy Holling Conference & Retreat Center, Annie’s Dance Hall, 27416 Ranch Road in Ashland (Take I-80 Exit 426). The area we will be in for parking and the event is Ranch Camp/Western Town. The specific building is Hotel Theodore, of which Annie’s Dance Hall is one of the buildings. There will be signs from parking with directions to Hotel Theodore.

The meeting will include college updates from the dean, recognition of new employees, fun activities and refreshments.
Jeans and college/department shirts, sweaters, etc., are encouraged!
Staff are encouraged to car pool or make arrangements to share state vehicles. Mileage for personal vehicle use will be reimbursed by the college via Concur. Those driving vehicles (personal or state-owned) will need to submit a pre-trip authorization, also via Concur. Please contact COE business staff with any questions re: pre-trip authorizations.
