Updates have been made to reserve College of Engineering-owned classrooms, conference rooms and event spaces. You will now use the University of Nebraska Space Reservations and Events (EMS) site https://unlscheduling.nebraska.edu/. EMS is also used for general purpose classrooms on City Campus and Scott Campus, which includes facilities and rooms for UNL, UNO, UNK and UNMC. You will use your campus identity username and password.
Vehicle rental – City Campus:
Vehicles can be rented via UNL Fleet Management, as the college does not maintain individual cars on City Campus. Faculty, staff and students must be approved as authorized drivers through UNL Fleet Management prior to reserving and driving a university vehicle.
Vehicle rental – Scott Campus:
Reservation requests for two cars on Scott Campus must be made via EMS – similar to how rooms are reserved. The vehicles are listed in EMS as COE Vehicle #165 and COE Vehicle #46.
