Fulbright Scholar Program information session is Friday

Faculty interested in applying to the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program are invited to attend an in-person information session on Friday, Oct. 6 from 10-11 a.m. at the City Campus Nebraska Union, Platte River Room South. Aferdita Krasniqi, Outreach and Recruitment Specialist for the Fulbright Scholar Program, will discuss award opportunities, the application and selection process, and answer your questions.

The Fulbright Program is the United States government’s flagship international educational and cultural exchange program. The global network of Fulbright scholars fosters mutual understanding between the United States and more than 160 partner countries, advances knowledge across communities and improves lives around the globe. Each year, the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program provides about 800 grants in more than 130 countries to support teaching and research in a wide variety of academic and professional fields.
