Last day to register: Heartland Workshop on Heart Sounds and AI June 20-21

The first Heartland Workshop on Heart Sounds and AI: The Future of Heart Sounds for Diagnosing Heart Diseases in the Age of AI” will be held June 20-21 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. Speakers include Wendy J. Nilsen, National Science Foundation Deputy Division Director (NSF Policy in AI and its Applications in Cardiology/Health Sciences) and Sylvia Spengler, U.S. NSF Program Director (Funding Opportunities in Cardiology).

The workshop will cost $20 for University of Nebraska students and employees and $100 for general participants.

The workshop will provide an opportunity for researchers and practitioners in heart sounds and artificial intelligence to learn and collaborate on using new technologies and machine learning in their field of research or practice.
