A new app is available to help you track the College of Engineering and Arrow Stage Lines N-E Ride shuttle buses that run between City Campus, Scott Campus and UNMC. Buses run each weekday while classes are in session.
Riders can also track where the buses are in real-time online at http://www.nebraskaengineering.ridesystems.net or by using the Ride Systems phone app, available now for download from iTunes https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ride-systems/id455913117?mt=8 or Google Play (for Android phones) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ad.android.ridesystems.ridetraq&hl=en.
Any students and employees within the University of Nebraska system may use the shuttle, with priority given to those in the College of Engineering. Capacity for the buses is 40 riders. The college does not guarantee the shuttles have space for every rider per session; seats are first-come, first-serve.
Two buses designed for the College of Engineering will start their circuits at 8 a.m. – one leaving from Othmer Hall on City Campus and the other leaving from PKI on Scott Campus. The buses will also make stops at UNMC and at I-80 Exit 439.
Shuttle service begins at 8 a.m., with the last buses leaving at 6 p.m. from Othmer Hall and PKI. Free wi-fi is available and no reservations are necessary. The service is available to those with active IDs from UNL, UNO or UNMC. Riders will be asked to scan their university ID as they embark.
