Promotion and Tenure process has earlier deadlines

Colleagues,

Please note that the schedule for 2018-19 COE Promotion and Tenure process has earlier deadlines than in the past, as has been discussed at the previous two College faculty meetings.  If you plan to submit a non-mandatory case for consideration of promotion and/or tenure in 2018-19, you must indicate your intent to do so to your unit head and me by March 1, 2018.  The Dean’s Office will contact mandatory candidates directly.  A copy of the abridged Promotion and Tenure Document (to include course listing spreadsheet, CV, and statements) for all candidates must then be submitted by April 30, 2018.

As in past years, the Dean’s Office will be offering College P&T Information Sessions, for those of you who would like to learn more about the promotion and tenure process.  Please save the dates:
· Tuesday, May 15, 2018 from 2-4 PM in 114D Othmer (City Campus)
· Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 2-4 PM in PKI 150 (Scott Campus)

Sincerely,
