Curt Tomasevicz, a lecturer in electrical and computer engineering, was featured in a Nebraska Today article that focused on how his experience as an Olympic bobsledding medalist has impacted his teaching and research as a doctoral student in biological systems engineering and at the Nebraska Athletic Performance Lab.

A total of 16 College of Engineering faculty or staff members were among the 228 University of Nebraska-Lincoln employees chosen to receive 2018 Parents’ Recognition Awards at a ceremony on Friday, Feb. 2 at the Nebraska Union.

The Parents' Recognition Award annually recognized faculty and staff who have made a significant difference in students' lives. The Parents Association solicits nominations through an annual mailing, asking parents to nominate a faculty or staff member. Nominations include a short explanation of why this person was nominated.
