The university will be offering a unique online summer course during the second 5-week summer session, "UGEP 291: The COVID-19 Pandemic: Effects on Industries, People and Society."

This course is a zero or one credit, pass/no pass course open to ALL undergraduate students in all majors and has no prerequisites.

This course gives students the chance to learn how the current pandemic is impacting a variety of people and organizations in Nebraska, the United States, and around the world as they work through modules taught by faculty from across our campus. With content generated from 30+ faculty across multiple colleges/units (CoB, A&S, CASNR, ENGR, CEHS, Libraries), we're excited to spotlight some of knowledge found within the university community to help students make sense of the current status of the world.

The zero-credit option should enable students to take this course based on their genuine interest in learning and not be held back by financial limitations or grade implications.
