The College of Education and Human Sciences is hiring an Information Technology Business System Analyst.
This position serves as a project/team leader in the performance of database analysis, design and management, general Information Technology (IT) development and implementation, and provides system support to users relative to pertinent automated business applications.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree computer science, software functionality/development and Data Management systems
• Two (2) years’ experience working in computer science, software functionality, and Data Management Systems; equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of email, word processing, spreadsheets, databases analysis, presentation software, and database query software.
• Ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and define solutions.
• Communicate orally and in writing with team members and supervising staff.
• Knowledge so system development methods and case management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years’ or more experience working in the Nebraska State Judicial Branch.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities of Branch policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines.
• Ability to learn computer and other information technology applications utilized by the Branch.
