Judges needed for Nebraska Summer Research Symposium on Aug. 5

Faculty, postdocs, and graduate students are sought to serve as judges for the Nebraska Summer Research Symposium on Friday, August 5, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Centennial Room and Ballroom in the Nebraska Union.

The symposium showcases research and creative accomplishments by undergraduate research students from the Summer Research Program, UCARE, the McNair Program, and Nebraska Center for Energy Sciences Research, as well as Nebraska Center for Materials and Nanoscience high school interns and John Woollam Scholars.

Volunteer judges are needed to evaluate undergraduate research posters during a 1-hour window (from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. or 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.) on that day. Judges will be provided with criteria in advance to review 4-6 research posters. Sign up to judge here.
