The Center for Plant Science Innovation is developing AI-powered real-time voice translation technology that preserves the speaker's voice while ensuring high accuracy and speed, breaking language barriers, and facilitating cross-border e-commerce.

Project Content:
• Development of a real-time speech translation system using deep learning and natural language processing technology;
• Optimization and improvement of speech quality and translation accuracy;
• Integration of real-time speech translation technology into live and short video e-commerce platforms;
• System testing and user feedback to continuously improve and optimize the product.

Project Significance:
The success of this project will help to break down language barriers and promote the development of cross-border e-commerce. The Center for Plant Science Innovation is looking for a professional team to develop and apply speech conversion and real-time speech translation technology. The specific requirements are as follows:

• 1-2 Speech Processing and Natural Language Processing experts or researchers:
o Proficient in speech signal processing, natural language processing, and speech recognition technology
o Familiar with common speech processing tools and frameworks, such as Kaldi, DeepSpeech, etc.
o Proficient in programming languages such as Python and corresponding deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
o Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, able to conduct data analysis and model design

• 1-2 Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence experts or researchers:
o Proficient in machine learning and deep learning algorithms, familiar with common machine learning frameworks and tools, such as Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, etc.
o Proficient in programming languages such as Python and corresponding deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
o Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, able to conduct data analysis and model design

• 1-2 Front-end developers:
o Proficient in front-end development languages and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
o Familiar with common front-end frameworks and libraries, such as React, Vue.js, etc.
o Able to independently design and develop front-end applications, with strong user interface design and development capabilities

• 1-2 Back-end developers:
o Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python and corresponding web frameworks, such as Spring Boot, Django, etc.
o Familiar with database design and management, able to perform data modeling and optimization.
o Familiar with common cloud computing platforms and tools, such as AWS, Docker, etc.

• 1-2 Data Scientists
o Familiar with data analysis and data mining techniques, with strong data cleaning and processing abilities
o oProficient in programming languages such as Python and common data science tools and frameworks, such as Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, etc.
o Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, able to conduct data modeling and optimization.

• Test Engineer:
o Proficient in software testing fundamentals and testing methodologies such as black-box testing, white-box testing, performance testing, security testing, etc.
o Familiar with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, etc.
o Possess programming skills and capable of scripting and conducting automated testing.
o Possess sharp problem identification and analysis skills, capable of digging deep to discover the root cause of problems.
o Familiar with common bug management tools such as JIRA.
o Possess teamwork and collaboration skills and able to closely cooperate with developers, product managers, etc., ensuring the smooth progress of the project.

• Operations Manager:
o Possess marketing and promotion experience, able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
o Familiar with social media operations, content marketing, and related fields.
o Possess data analysis skills, able to derive marketing strategies and product optimization suggestions from data analysis.
o Possess team management and coordination skills, able to manage team members and coordinate work across departments.
o Familiar with market and industry trends, able to adjust marketing strategies in a timely manner.

Regarding the project involving the combination of speech conversion technology, artificial intelligence, and real-time translation technology, the following are some relevant skill requirements:
• Some understanding of speech recognition, natural language processing, and other related technologies.
• Familiar with machine learning and deep learning algorithms and able to apply them to practical projects.
• Proficient in related technology frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, Keras, etc.
• Possess excellent programming skills and algorithm design ability.
• Familiar with cloud computing, distributed computing, and other related technologies, and able to conduct system architecture design.
• Possess project management experience, able to coordinate the work of various teams and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
