
A number of University of Nebraska–Lincoln faculty and graduate students were honored during the annual Graduate Fellowship and Awards Luncheon. The event celebrates remarkable achievements in research, teaching, mentorship and creative activity.
School of Computing graduate student Mirza Athar Baig received the Outstanding Graduate Research & Creative Activities Award. The award recognizes excellence in graduate student research and creativity at Nebraska.
"I'm honored to receive the Outstanding Graduate Research and Creative Activities Award from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln," Baig said. "This recognition means a great deal to me and it wouldn't have been possible without the guidance and support of my advisor, Dr. Muhammad Naveed Aman. His mentorship has been instrumental in shaping my research journey. I'm deeply grateful for his belief in me and his consistent support."
