Brian Baskerville is the technology team leader for the United States Department of Agriculture – Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) here in Nebraska. In this role, he coordinates technology solutions for conservation planning activities—including data, tools, and training—for all 77 field offices across the state.

In 2020, Brian was awarded a U.S. Embassy Science Fellowship (ESF) to help map water infrastructure in the Marshall Islands. Earlier this year, he accepted another fellowship for the Ambassadors’ Water Experts Program (AWEP) to complete a similar project in Iraq in early 2026.
