Professor Byrav Ramamurthy appointed as Editor-in-Chief for the Springer Photonic Network Communications (PNET) journal.
Professor Krishna Sivalingam (IIT-Madras, India) and Professor Byrav Ramamurthy (UNL) will serve as Editors-in-Chief for an initial period from 2013-2017.
