On November 9, 2013 dozens of teams competed in the ACM Regional Programming Contest in Avery Hall. Two or three teams from each region will advance to the World Finals in Ekaterinburg, Russia.
Team Autobots from Iowa State University took first place. Mitra Simanta is their coach. A second team from Iowa State, Team Decepticons took second place.
The Doorweillian Party, from UNL took third place. Contestants are: Veronica Telega, Wyatt Goodin, and Davis Goodin. Jeff Ifland is the team’s coach.
