To any students interested in virology and bioinformatics, Professor Garcia-Ruiz has announced two openings for undergraduates. There is no experience necessary, just a high degree of self-motivation and an interest in basic scientific research, molecular virology, plant biology, plant pathology, etc.
Responsibilities include: execution of experiments, data analysis and interpretation, sample collection and processing, gene cloning, and gene expression analysis.
