The NewNet internship program (Lincoln, NE) is designed to provide an opportunity for college students to work part-time while gaining practical experience in their field of study. NewNet management uses this program to identify promising full-time employment candidates.

• Gains a part-time employee who becomes familiar with our products and procedures and can contribute to our development team.
• This individual could potentially be a promising future full-time candidate with the experience gained working with our products during their internship.
The intern will be able to provide NewNet with development skills in Java, MySQL, HTMlL, Javascript, and CSS, assisting with investigations of issues, helping with code maintenance/bug fixes, and small projects in support of our two main customer contracts. S/he will work 40 hrs/wk during the summer and 15-25 hrs/wk during the school year. We are flexible and willing to work around class schedules.
