Phishing email messages, websites, and phone calls are designed to steal money. The university has recently experienced an email phishing attempt which could have compromised multiple Firefly accounts.
As a strong reminder, PLEASE do not click on any link in an email that directs you to a website requesting entry of your ID and password, or any personal identifying information such as a social security number. A cybercriminal could have created a perfect replica logon page for the purpose of stealing your credentials.
