The Firefly support team is working on the annual maintenance and upgrade process to SAP applications, including Firefly. Therefore, Firefly will not be available on the following days:
· Thursday, December 10 at 5:00 p.m.
· Friday, December 11
· Saturday, December 12
· Sunday, December 13
Firefly is expected to be up and running by 7:00 a.m. Monday, December 14 and will be available during the 2015 holiday break with limited CSN Service Desk support.
