Panelists: Governor Doug Burgum and First Lady Kathryn Helgaas Burgum
Moderated by: Tricia Raikes
Early in his career, Governor Burgum helped lead a small, startup software company into an award-winning tech firm, which was later acquired by Microsoft. He then founded a real estate development firm and a venture capital firm that invests in software companies. In 2016, he was elected Governor of North Dakota. Kathryn Helgaas Burgum spent over 25 years
working in human resources and marketing in a variety of sectors. She has donated her time to many charitable endeavors including addiction, recovery and at-risk women and children.
