UHC is Offering Weekly Sessions on Staying Healthy

As the spring semester gets underway and the cold weather hits, students need to look after their health to ensure academic success. As rest and sleep are important, so are eating healthy, exercising, and controlling stress.

UHC is holding information sessions every Monday with advice on how to stay healthy and feel great for the semester ahead.

The schedule is as follows:
Eat Healthy Monday (1st Monday of the month) -Make healthier choices and increase fruits/vegetables
Move it Monday (2nd Monday of the month) - Encouraging ways to get more active
Green Monday (3rd Monday of the month) -Reduce, reuse and recycle, go green
Mindful Monday (4th Monday of the month) - Well-being, mind/body, information about counseling services on campus


The sessions will be held at the Wellness Booth in the Nebraska Union from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Email Deb Henderson at dhenderson1@unl.edu with any questions.
