CSE students are invited to apply to Capital One's Technology Development Program and the Capital One Developer Academy.

The Technology Development Program (TDP) is a two-year, rotational program for high performing software, data, and cyber security engineers. Designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of technology leaders, the TDP provides the framework to develop world-class technical skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of technology and the business. The rotational component provides TDPs the opportunity to explore multiple technologies while learning from different leaders within Capital One.

Interested students can contact campus recruiter Abby Jessup (abigail.jessup@capitalone.com) and apply here: https://go.unl.edu/haok

Students who aren't computer science majors but are looking to get into a software engineering role are also invited to check out the Capital One Developer Academy. All new hires will be placed into a 6-month intensive training program focused on full stack development (Java, Mobile, API, Cloud, Open Source, etc.) in addition to key competencies like leadership, problem solving, learning agility, and teamwork. There will be formal hands on training in addition to mini-internships and apprenticeships with lots of group projects, coaching, and mentoring along the way. At the conclusion of the 6 months of training, students would be placed into a software, data, or cyber security engineer within our Technology Development Program where they'd continue to have great development and networking opportunities.
