Noyce Master Teaching Fellow Katie Soto recently welcomed a new baby girl. Kinsley Marie Soto was born Tuesday, March 27, at 12:32 a.m. She weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and was 19 inches long. Katie is a sixth grade teacher at Park Middle School in Lincoln.
Katie earned her master's degree at UNL primarily by taking NMSSI courses. Her first course was Math 800T taken in Hastings, Neb., in Summer 2008.
