Kathy Grimmette, an environmental studies major, wants to work as a park ranger. So, what do being a park ranger and working at the Dairy Store have in common? Kathy says, "I would like to create a program for young kids to learn about the environment. Working at the Dairy Store not only helps me strengthen my people skills but has taught me multitasking, time management, and working well with a team. All of which will be handy when pursuing my career as a ranger."
We think Kathy is amazing because she is great with people, and always has a sunny disposition and a helpful attitude. She makes a killer grilled cheese sandwich for our Friday Build your Own Grilled Cheese lunch special. Her favorite flavor combination is our creamy white Husker cheese with a little spice from our Husker with Jalapeno cheese.
Kathy's a chocolate fan. One of her favorite Dairy Store flavors is German Chocolate, because it's so rich and delicious. For Christmas this year, she got gift cards, socks and, best of all, lots of chocolate.
