Brian Couch will be giving his tenure talk this afternoon from 3:30-4:30 in Hamilton Hall room 112. The title of his talk is Building Bridges: Bringing faculty and students into alignment on the use of formative assessments.
Next Thursday (10/11): Effect of Teaching Metacognitive Learning Strategies on Performance in General Chemistry Courses
Kati Brazeal will lead a discussion on an article by Cook, Kennedy, and McGuire on the Effect of Teaching Metacognitive Learning Strategies on Performance in General Chemistry Courses by Cook, Kennedy, and McGuire.
