Spring registration is just around the corner! Priority Registration is October 28 - November 12! Your day/time when you can begin registering will be listed in your MyRED account mid-October. You will want to meet with an adviser, prior to this day so you can have your classes ready to enroll!
You will NOT be able to register for spring classes if you have a hold on your record. Holds may be placed from: Student Accounts, Judicial Affairs, Health Center, library and parking fines, and missing final transcripts. Check MyRed and clear all holds before your registration date.
If you are assigned to the Explore Center as an undecided, pre-health, or pre-law student, you are required to attend at least one Explore Center event each semester. See http://explorecenter.unl.edu/events/ for a list of events.
Speak with staff from each of the UNL Colleges and gather information about majors in a fun, relaxed setting. The event is held, 12:30-2pm, on the plaza in front of the City Campus Student Union. City Campus Ballroom in case of inclement weather.
The last day to change a class to or from pass/no pass is October 18! Not all courses allow the grade option to be changed. Some professional schools frown upon P/NP grading or may have special ways those classes are calculated into application GPAs. Talk with an adviser if you are considering this.
This event will consist of employer panel discussions covering all of the CBA majors, giving students an opportunity to learn about career paths and soak in key advice.
