To make an appointment, please do so via MyPLAN (my.unl.edu) or call 402.472.3605. Our schedules fill quickly this time of year so please plan ahead. We do have a walk in adviser available each day also. During Priority Registration, we will see students via walk-in only.
Priority Registration refers to the days assigned when students may register for classes. Priority Registration is October 28 - November 12. Students can search for spring classes in MyRED, and will able to start placing courses in their shopping cart next week.
Your registration appointment day and time will be posted in the next couple of weeks in MyRed. Your appointment time refers to when you may begin registering. You will want to meet with an adviser, prior to this time. This allows you to have your courses in your shopping cart, ready to be enrolled.
The last day to change a class to or from pass/no pass is October 18! Not all courses allow the grade option to be changed. Some professional schools frown upon P/NP grading or may have special ways those classes are calculated into application GPAs. Talk with an adviser if you are considering this.
This event will consist of employer panel discussions covering all of the CBA majors, giving students an opportunity to learn about career paths and soak in key advice. Students interested in English or Film Studies are invited to attend a Freshman Advising Event on Oct 29, from 4-6pm in Bailey Library, Andrews 229. Please bring a printed copy of your degree audit. This is a drop-in event; you may arrive any time between 4-5:45pm. Pizza and drinks provided.
