Current UNL students are registering for fall 2011 classes now through April 8. Registration appointment times have been scheduled. Students should review their MyRed STUDENT CENTER screen to see what time they are first able to move courses in their shopping cart to their schedule. Now is the time to:
1. See a General Studies Adviser (walk-ins only 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday).
2. Check your STUDENT CENTER for HOLDS. Holds on your record will prevent registration.
Remember, the shopping cart does not "save" you a seat in a course. The shopping cart is just a place to hold courses for which you WANT to register for on your registration date.
Also, remember registration is a PROCESS. You may need to access MyRed several times between now and August to tweak your schedule. Students are adding and dropping courses all the time so courses that may be full on one day may be open on another.
