: If you are interested in becoming an entrepreneur but you’re not sure where to start or how to do it, then the “Gear Up” class might be for you.

The one-credit, four-week, pass/no pass class (Tuesdays 3-5 p.m., Feb. 4, 11, 18 & 25) focuses on problem identification, business ideation and startup pitching.

In this experiential, action-oriented, and highly focused class, you will dive into the foundational skills needed to start your own business. The course will cover the structure for any type of business pitch, the mindset needed to build high-powered brainstorming sessions, and the understanding of how to find business opportunities anywhere.

If you have any interest in being a business owner someday, you should consider enrolling in this class. You will leave class with at least 50 business ideas to jump-start your entrepreneurial ascent.
