The fifth-annual The Complete Engineer® Conference will be held on Saturday, March 7 at Nebraska Innovation Campus Conference Center and is free for both undergraduate and graduate engineering students.

Don’t hesitate. Registration ends on Friday, Feb. 21 at 5 p.m. A link to the registration page can be found on the conference website (link below). Transportation to and from Omaha will be provided for students attending the conference.

This conference will help you build a strong foundation of the non-technical skills sought by engineering employers and expected of all engineers, regardless of discipline. Participants will experience:

  • Hands-on activities with each of the competencies through engaging sessions.

This year’s keynote speaker is Meryl Mallery, vice president of engineering at Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company, a global leader in precision energetic systems and innovative explosive, non-explosive and electromechanical solutions for the defense and aerospace markets. Meryl has published several papers in the aerospace field and was a finalist for the Petit Foundation “Women in Science Leadership Award” in 2014. She is passionate about supporting STEM education and is an active member of the Connecticut Science Center Board of Trustees as well as the Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame (CWHF) Board of Trustees.
