The College of Engineering celebrated the Topping Out of the new Link on City Campus Aug. 26 as the final steel beam was raised and installed, ending the framing work of its Phase 1 facilities project. The new Link will house department offices, laboratories, classrooms and collaborative spaces.

UNL is offering a free, on-campus COVID-19 testing option through a partnership with the University Health Center and TestNebraska on City Campus. The walk-up testing site is in the parking garage at 300 N. 17th St. It is open 3-6 p.m. weekdays. Appointments are required.
Through Sept. 11, the university is making disposable facial masks available to the campus community - on City Campus in the Nebraska Union (near west entrance), the East Campus Rec and Wellness Center member services desk and room 232 in the Food Innovation Center; and on Scott Campus in PKI 107.
