Student Town Hall set for Wednesday

Lance C. Pérez, interim dean of the College of Engineering, will conduct an Engineering Student Town Hall on Wednesday, Oct. 5 (Othmer Hall 106). Free pizza and pop will be served 5:30 p.m. and the meeting begins at 6 p.m.

 

Register for eSAB dodgeball tournament by Friday

eSAB Dodgeball Tournament is Oct. 9(LNK) Registration for the annual eSAB Dodgeball Tournament ends Friday. The event is Sunday, Oct. 9 in Mabel Lee Hall gym. Teams consist of five people (need at least one engineering student). Prizes awarded to first- and second-place teams and for team with best costumes. Sign up at link below.

(LNK) Student registration is $25 for the Nov. 7-8 “Opportunity that Scales: Women Advancing the Future of Information Technology in Higher Education” conference on Nebraska Innovation Campus. Return of Study Stops

Study Stops every Monday-Thursday(LNK) Study Stops are available for engineering and all other UNL students, Mondays through Thursdays from 7-10 p.m. in Nebraska Hall w204 (Engineering Library). Study Stops every Monday-Thursday(OMA) Engineering Study Stops are back to provide help with first- and second-year math, chemistry, physics and engineering courses. No appointments are necessary. Hours are Monday-Thursday 6:30-9:30 p.m. in PKI 108 and Monday 6:30-9:30 in Scott Village Clubhouse.
