Study Abroad Fair set for Wednesday

If you think that your major is too rigid, that you can't afford study abroad, or that you waited too long - the Study Abroad Fair on Wednesday, Jan. 25 can prove all that is possible.

It's not too late to start planning to study abroad in Summer 2017 and beyond, and some of our faculty-led programs have even extended their deadlines.

From 10 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Nebraska and Aksarben Rooms in the Milo Bail Student Center, students can learn about study abroad options, funding opportunities, ways to get involved, and upcoming events. Exchange students, program providers, study abroad alumni, faculty and staff members will be available to answer questions or talk about opportunities and experiences that come from studying abroad.

If you can't attend the Study Abroad Fair but still want information, peer advisors are available in ASH 220 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, to answer questions. They can also be contacted via email at unostudyabroad@unomaha.edu or by phone at (402) 554-3168.
