Primary duties include:
• Assisting with Business Office tasks such as financial reporting, budgets, accounts payable, and other office support responsibilities.
• First point of contact as reception in the Dean’s Office: greeting and assisting visitors and answering main phone line, directing to appropriate college or campus resources.

Primary duties include:
• First point of contact as reception in the Dean’s Office: greeting and assisting visitors and answering main phone line, directing to appropriate college or campus resources.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as copying and scanning projects, recycling, event set up/cleanup, and other office support responsibilities.
• May include assisting with confidential tasks and special projects using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; as well as Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint.
• This position works closely with the College of Law administrative team and regularly interacts with faculty, staff, students, guests, business professionals, donors and alumni.

Grant Writing Intern ($15/hr)
The Lied Center is seeking a Grant Writing Intern to begin as soon as possible, with goals to continue through the 2025/2026 academic year. The intern’s primary goals are to assist in a variety of the Lied Center’s grant-making efforts. Activities include: grant management from archiving grant materials to proposal development and final reporting; grant writing (including narrative, budget and other required reports); and grant research. The intern will create, research and maintain a database of potential grant opportunities. The student selected will be interested in learning more about grant writing and show a willingness to develop skills in this area. They will have strong writing, communication, organization, trouble-shooting, and have some understanding of the arts and/or performing arts. Activities may also include assisting with the activities of the Kennedy Center Partners in Education program, K-12 teacher workshops, student matinees, curriculum development and arts education projects related to Lied Center performances. Time commitment is 10-15 hours/week. Deadline to apply is December 5.
Marketing Intern ($15/hr)
The Lied Center for the Performing Arts is hiring a marketing intern to assist with a wide array of marketing related initiatives including patron communications, writing, editing, data analysis, and data entry, as well as managing the Lied Center’s grassroots materials distribution to local businesses and sponsors.
