• This position works closely with the College of Law administrative team and regularly interacts with faculty, staff, students, guests, business professionals, donors and alumni.

Editorial Internship, Sundress Publications (Unpaid, Remote)
Sundress Publications is an entirely volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit publishing collective founded in 2000 that hosts a variety of online journals and publishes chapbooks, full-length collections, and literary anthologies in both print and digital formats. Sundress also publishes the annual Best of the Net Anthology, celebrating the best work published online, runs Poets in Pajamas, an online reading series, and the Sundress Workshop Series, which offers free virtual writers’ workshops. The editorial internship position will run from January 1st to July 1st, 2026. The editorial intern’s responsibilities may include writing press releases, composing blog posts and promotional emails, proofreading manuscripts, assembling press kits, collating editorial data, research, managing spreadsheets, and more. The intern may also be responsible for writing copy, conducting interviews with Sundress authors, reviewing newly released books, and promoting our catalog of titles. Student Worker ($10-15/hr)
The UNL Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) Testing Center is looking for a student worker who will work under the supervision of the SSD Testing Center coordinator. Student worker will check students in and out for scheduled exams, monitor security cameras, answer phones, scan completed exams/quizzes, filing, and perform other various office duties. Grant Writing Intern ($15/hr)
The Lied Center is seeking a Grant Writing Intern to begin as soon as possible, with goals to continue through the 2025/2026 academic year. The intern’s primary goals are to assist in a variety of the Lied Center’s grant-making efforts. Activities include: grant management from archiving grant materials to proposal development and final reporting; grant writing (including narrative, budget and other required reports); and grant research. The intern will create, research and maintain a database of potential grant opportunities. The student selected will be interested in learning more about grant writing and show a willingness to develop skills in this area. They will have strong writing, communication, organization, trouble-shooting, and have some understanding of the arts and/or performing arts. Activities may also include assisting with the activities of the Kennedy Center Partners in Education program, K-12 teacher workshops, student matinees, curriculum development and arts education projects related to Lied Center performances.
