Student Worker ($10-15/hr)
The UNL Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) Testing Center is looking for a student worker who will work under the supervision of the SSD Testing Center coordinator. Student worker will check students in and out for scheduled exams, monitor security cameras, answer phones, scan completed exams/quizzes, filing, and perform other various office duties. Deadline to apply is December 3.

Visitor Experience Associate ($15/hr)
Seeking student applicants who are enthusiastic with a passion and knowledge of art to serve as Visitor Experience Associate for the Sheldon Museum of Art. The Visitor Experience Associate is responsible for providing a welcoming and safe environment for visitors to the museum. Individuals will share their enthusiasm and knowledge of art with visitors, provide coverage of the front desk, monitor museum galleries and assist visitors needs during public hours. They will collect and record visitor survey information and feedback. In addition, they will help security personnel to maintain the security of guests, the collection and building. Visitor Experience Associate will also assist with set-up and tear-down of events and serve as event ambassador. Successful candidate must possess enthusiastic customer service, excellent communication skills, and have a general knowledge and appreciation of art/art history. Deadline to apply is December 3.

Grant Writing Intern ($15/hr)
The Lied Center is seeking a Grant Writing Intern to begin as soon as possible, with goals to continue through the 2025/2026 academic year. The intern’s primary goals are to assist in a variety of the Lied Center’s grant-making efforts. Activities include: grant management from archiving grant materials to proposal development and final reporting; grant writing (including narrative, budget and other required reports); and grant research. The intern will create, research and maintain a database of potential grant opportunities. The student selected will be interested in learning more about grant writing and show a willingness to develop skills in this area. They will have strong writing, communication, organization, trouble-shooting, and have some understanding of the arts and/or performing arts. Activities may also include assisting with the activities of the Kennedy Center Partners in Education program, K-12 teacher workshops, student matinees, curriculum development and arts education projects related to Lied Center performances. Time commitment is 10-15 hours/week. Deadline to apply is December 5.

Marketing Intern ($16.50/hr)
The University of Nebraska Office of the President is hiring a marketing intern for the University of Nebraska High School. The marketing office intern will be expected to fulfill the following duties on a regular basis:
• Assist in content development, writing, editing and proofreading of marketing communications including social media, website content, news articles, email, and other marketing content.
• Assist in planning and scheduling social media content
• Assist in the planning, execution and evaluation of organic social media.
• Assist in the coordination of marketing campaign tasks and working with communication processes; as directed.
• Assist in the coordination and visual design execution of internal communications (email and web content); as directed. This may include some graphic design, videography, photography and photo editing.
• Assist with content development or proofing for print or online publication.
• Assist in any projects assigned by Assistant Director of Marketing & Recruiting, which may include general office duties, miscellaneous errands, preparing for meetings, and other responsibilities as they may arise. (General office duties may include mailings, drafting of letters, copying, faxing, typing, filing, organizing, etc.)
• Assist the UNHS Marketing team with additional tasks and projects as needed.

Marketing Intern ($15/hr)
The Lied Center for the Performing Arts is hiring a marketing intern to assist with a wide array of marketing related initiatives including patron communications, writing, editing, data analysis, and data entry, as well as managing the Lied Center’s grassroots materials distribution to local businesses and sponsors. Deadline to apply is January 1.

University Housing Desk Program: Fall 2026 Desk Assistants ($15-16/hr)
Desk Assistants (DA's) are the welcoming face of the University's residence halls and union spaces. As one of the first people residents and guests interact with, DAs play a critical role in creating a sense of "home" for students living on campus by providing excellent customer service to all members of the campus community. Desk Assistants are responsible for maintaining a safe, organized, and friendly environment by assisting with administrative tasks, security procedures, and resource management. DAs serve across City and East Campus at both residence hall desks and union information desks, supporting daily operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for students and guests. Deadline to apply is January 9.

University Housing Desk Program: Fall 2026 Mail Processing Assistant ($15/hr)
Mail Processing Assistants (MPA) work behind the scenes in the residence halls to ensure residents receive packages and letter mail accurately and on time. MPAs are vital to the student experience of living on campus, need to be dependable, and enjoy completing tasks while working independently. The MPA position works closely with the Desk Program by providing hands-on mail processing for 5500+ students who live in the residence halls. MPAs play a vital role in the on-campus experience and help keep one of the University’s most important support systems running smoothly at both City and East Campus residence halls. This position is worked independently and is best for someone who has a high attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy. Mail is delivered daily and needs to be processed in a timely manner including game days, during campus shutdown, and fall/winter/spring breaks. Deadline to apply is January 9.
