Dr. Lacey's Weekly Message

Hi all,

I’m not going to lie. It’s been a rough couple of weeks. Many of you know that I grew up in Wisconsin, but what most of you might not know is that I consider Minneapolis my adopted home. I always wanted to end up there (and I did, for a time, and I still might).

I have revised this message several times, trying to figure out what to say. I mean, I have lots to say, but this is likely not the best avenue in which to do it. I suppose what I can say is that even when the world is on fire, it’s important to rest. Stop doomscrolling, eat some fruit, drink some water, and take a walk and turn your face to the sunshine (even if it’s cold). Tell your people you love them. Find the good in each other.

Ain’t nothing naïve about hope,
Dr Lacey
