EAS Department Picnic on May 6th at 2 pm!
Hello all!
Spring has sprung, and that means it's time for the EAS Department Picnic! SEAS is happy to be organizing this event, and we're looking forward to bringing everyone together.
We will be hosting the EAS Department Picnic on Saturday, May 6th at 2 pm. We will be meeting at Oak Lake Park. We will be claiming a few picnic tables and a grill. Bring any lawn chairs you may want/need!
Attached below this message is a link to a google form for potluck sign up! SEAS and the department will be providing the basics: drinks, grill items (with vegan and gluten free options), as well as utensils and things like that. If you would like to sign up to bring something to the picnic, please do so!
Department Picnic Sign Up & SEAS Nominations
With this form, we will also be collecting nominations for the 2023-2024 SEAS Executive Board. If you are a student (undergad or grad) within the EAS Department, you are eligible for nomination! Descriptions of roles and duties are provided within the survey. We will hold actual elections at the picnic itself.
