At some point in your career, you might be ending your emails using an email signature. People may use signatures to give their emails a professional look, share contact information, or promote their employer brand to the email receiver.
You might be asking yourself, "what should I include in my email signature?" Here is a list of things you should always put in an email signature:
-First and last name
-Affiliation info (business, job title, etc.)
-Contact info (email, office or direct line phone number, address, etc.)
To make your email signature really pop, consider adding some of these:
-Photo or logo
-Pronouns
-Social profile icons or employer website
-Industry disclaimer or legal requirements (if needed)
-Call to action

To make an email signature in the web version of Outlook, go to Settings>Mail>Compose and Reply. Here you can add all of the details you want to include in your signature. There are also check boxes below if you want Outlook to include your signature in every email you compose or reply to.
