The ceremony begins at 9 a.m., with doors opening to the public at 7:30 a.m. It will be held in Pinnacle Bank Arena, 400 Pinnacle Arena Drive. Additional details are available on the university’s commencement website. Ceremony speakers are to be determined.
Along with summer 2022 graduates, the ceremonies are open to 2020 and 2021 alumni who, due to COVID-19 limitations, were unable to attend in-person celebrations. Returning graduates have until July 22 to reserve a spot in the August celebration. An RSVP form is available here.
The College of Law will not hold a separate commencement but will be combined with the Aug. 13 ceremony. Law graduates should contact the College of Law to register to attend commencement and for regalia needs by emailing kabp@unl.edu.
Current students planning to participate in the August ceremonies had until June 17 to apply for a degree. The registrar will continue to accept late applications. Contact the Office of the University Registrar as soon as possible. Details are available here.
