Online Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Response Training for Graduate Students

The university requires that all graduate students complete an online sexual misconduct prevention and response training annually. The training, UNL - U Got This! 2 Graduate/Professional Student Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Response, is available in the Bridge Learning Management System. Information about accessing the training is in the orientation materials in Canvas. The total time for the training will be around 45 minutes. Please complete the training by September 1, 2023.

If you are concerned about how the content of the training may impact you, you can request the information in an alternate format. Information about requesting the information in an alternate format is available in the Canvas orientation materials, in Bridge, and in the introductory module to the training.

Please see the instructions below for incoming students and returning students.

Incoming students

You can access the training by logging in to Bridge at https://nebraska.bridgeapp.com. The training is made up of two modules, one containing introductory information and the other containing the main content. The total time for the training will be around 45 minutes. Please complete the training prior to September 1, 2023.

Returning Students

The training is required on an annual basis. To see if you are ready to renew your training, log in to https://nebraska.bridgeapp.com. If the training appears in the required row on the home screen, you are ready to renew. If the training appear in the completed row, your training is still valid. About 30 days prior to your training expiring, you will get an email from Bridge notifying you that it’s time to renew and the training will move to the required row.

The training works best using the Google Chrome browser and selecting the “autoplay audio” option in the second module.
