All UNL faculty, staff, postdoctoral fellows, and students are invited to an interactive panel on effective mentoring practices in STEM, April 7, 2:00-3:30 p.m., Willa Cather Dining Center, Red Cloud A.

This session will explore:
- Practical mentoring strategies
- Fostering supportive professional environments
- Promoting career development
- Navigating common mentor-mentee challenges
