
These Fulbright Awards provide approximately 50 teaching and/or research grants to U.S. faculty and experienced professionals in a wide variety of academic and professional fields.
Award information:
• Grant length: Applicants can propose projects for a period of 4, 9, or 12 months.
• The dates of the awards should coincide with the academic year of the host institution.
• Now accepting applications for awards to be taken up in the 2020-2021 Academic Year
Applications for awards in several areas of knowledge listed below will be accepted until September 16, 2019:
• Arts, Humanities, and Culture (Award 10407-CA)
• Business and Economics (Award 10410-CA)
• Education / Science and Technology (Award 10413-CA)
• Environmental Studies (Award 10416-CA)
• Health / Food Security (Award 10422-CA)
• Indigenous Studies (Award 10418-CA)
• North American Studies (Award 10420-CA)
• Policy, Law, and Governance (Award 10419-CA)

Eligibility for these awards, require the candidate to meet the minimum requirements mentioned below:
• Be U.S. citizens (Permanent residence is not sufficient)
• Hold a PhD or equivalent professional/terminal degree as appropriate
• Be proficient in English
• Be in compliance with all J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board (FFSB) guidelines
• Be in compliance with all governmental regulations regarding visas, immigration, travel and residency
