Stress Management Consultation

The drop-in session for stress management with a therapist is held every fourth Thursday of the month from 2 to 3 p.m. for the Spring 2022 semester. The Zoom link can be accessed at https://nuhipaa.zoom.us/j/95102162997. This session is for students who feel stressed and unsure where to turn.

CAPS International Students Support Group

CAPS international student support group sessions, which are not a drop-in, are held every Thursday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. via Zoom for the Spring 2022 semester. To schedule, contact Kylie Qiu at xiping.qiu@unl.edu. Students will need to sign a group consent.

The session provides an opportunity to hear how fellow students experience a cultural adjustment in and outside the U.S., gain knowledge of living in a new country and practice their English in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
