Studying abroad is not easy. Being an international student, you can have many challenges and additional stressful situations that are distinct from those of American students.
To cope with these stressful situations, your mental health care is critical. But sometimes it is difficult to cope with this stressful situation and manage your mental health.
We want to hear from you about the challenges that affect your ability and confidence to cope with stressful situations and prevent you from managing your mental health.
Suppose you have experienced or seen any other international students experiencing challenges that affect their ability to cope with stressful situations and prevent them from managing their mental health. In that case, you are invited to participate in an interview about your experience.
