The Nebraska Angels are a network of +60 local, active investors who support early-stage, high growth startups with capital. Our members have deployed over $29M across forty-four portfolio companies within the past decade. To support our membership and portfolio growth, we are in need of general operational assistance and have outlined some of the role expectations below.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Interface directly with Nebraska Angels’ Executive Director, portfolio companies and members.
> Perform analytical processes to evaluate quality and readiness of prospective investments.
> Articulate research, analytics, and synopsis into reference backed content for the due diligence reports.
> Analyze investment trends between Nebraska Angels and other angel groups nationwide.
> Manage website changes and updates to keep online content fresh and engaging with traffic (platform and analytics powered by Firespring).
> Help maintain social media accounts (i.e., LinkedIn).
QUALIFICATIONS:
> Exceptional work ethic, task dedication, interpersonal communications, and integrity.
> Ability to accurately interpret needs, take ownership, and drive tasks forward with limited oversight.
> Ability to work in a dynamic environment with ever changing priorities, roles, and deadlines.
> Experience researching, gathering, and documenting detailed analytical information.
> Willingness to explore and propose new ideas and to teach others.
> Skilled use of productivity software (PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs, Excel etc.)
> Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
POSITION DETAILS:
> Effort estimated at 5 to 10 hours per week, depending on project assignments and due dates.
> Start date is October 28th with a commitment through the end of 2019-2020 school year.
