Work on a wide range of design and photography projects for NEBCO Companies in the construction, real estate, golf and baseball industries. The position combines marketing, photography and social media skills to enhance NEBCO’s 20+ companies’ social media presence, produce website content, and transform ideas into marketing collateral across print, broadcast, and digital platforms by performing the following duties:
> Abide by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely.
> Produce and execute photo-related projects for print and web.
> Capture Marketing and advertising photographs. Assist by organizing photo database in an efficient manner.
> Retouch and manipulate images.
> Design graphics and develop promotional marketing material.
> Assist in the development and maintenance of a cohesive identity conforming to Company branding standards.
> Transform ideas into content across all media - including print, broadcast, and digital.
> Obtain print estimates to ensure accurate bids and quality printed materials
> Meet with colleagues to review projects and timelines or revisions.
> Produce compelling written and visual content strategically aligned with the overall brand-marketing plan and promotional calendar.
> Create, deploy and execute a dynamic social media presence that creates tractable results.
> Assist with the day-to-day activities necessary to produce and deliver Web content to 20+ company websites.
> Adhere to creative visual standards for the web, social media and content contained on company websites.
> Seek out and engage in ongoing conversations that make sense for the brand with customers, followers and fans.
> Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, events, etc.
> Write, edit, produce and distribute company newsletter and other communications as assigned.
Education and/or Experience: ** DECEMBER GRADS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY! Bachelor's degree is preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline and 2-3 years in photography and/or graphic design experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience working in the field. Experience with social media platforms and any emerging and relevant platforms required. Must have an understanding of major social media platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn both as a marketer and as a user. Knowledge of, or ability to quickly master and use, Adobe Creative Cloud and photography post production.
