The Hellerich Agency is searching for our next Producing Agent/Account Manager! We are searching for staff members who are P&C and/or Life & Health licensed to add to our growing team.
Core Responsibilities:
> Solicits and writes new insurance business
> Field underwriting and rating for new business
> Make outbound insurance sales calls and maintain follow up process on leads
> Maintain knowledge of products, rate changes and industry updates
> Develops agency relationships with new clients
> Document all client interactions
> Maintain monthly sales records
> Proactive in problem solving and handling insurance-related complaints
Qualifications:
> Current P & C License and/or Life & Health License or be willing to obtain
> Sales experience
> Microsoft Office
> Positive, energetic and professional demeanor
> Driven, innovative, productive, confident and works well independently
> Excellent communication skills -- written, verbal and listening
> Must pass background check
