Conceptualize, develop, design and coordinate production and distribution of print communications for University-wide, college and departmental marketing campaigns and promotional/informational materials. Assist members of the campus community with marketing to and communicating with various target markets including prospective students, faculty, staff, alumni and the general public. Design must be creative and high quality and must meet the brand identity standards of the institutional brand guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, design, marketing, advertising, communications or a related field or equivalent associates degree with additional experience, or equivalent associate’s with additional experience, plus two (2) years professional work experience in publication design and publishing required with strong portfolio of past print work available. Expertise using Adobe CS software or equivalent, and knowledge of typography and print communication production essential. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and organizational skills necessary.
