Responsibilities:
> Ability to interact with clients/patrons/partners in a professional manner
> Ability to work all (7) Nebraska Home football games, including Spring Game, and other events throughout the year, as needed
> Assist with game day and event operations, including set up of select in-venue signage, hospitality events/suites, and game day displays
> Fulfillment of on and off-field/court promotions for corporate sponsors (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.)
> Handle other miscellaneous projects as needed
Qualifications:
> High level of initiative, coupled with the ability to work independently
> Ability and willingness to initiate and maintain personal relationships
> Strong written and verbal communication skills
> Focus on attention to detail; quality over quantity
> Ability to maintain a positive, upbeat attitude under pressure
> Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends
> Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
> Current University of Nebraska student pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or other related field and interested in a career in sports
